摘　　要：美国“引领教育者”项目旨在增进教师提升领导力的机会,保障学生学业成功,改变学生的人生。其发布的《教师领导力框架》由核心价值观及自我发展、辅导他人、引领团队、驱动创新4大能力组成。其构成逻辑是:以价值领导力作为教师领导力发展基础,以能力本位作为发展取向,以提升教与学的质量作为发展目标,以教师群体发展作为发展方式等。The “leading educator” program in the United State aims to enhance the opportunities of teacher leadership, improve the skills of teacher leadership, ensure the success of students’ studies, and firmly believe that teacher leadership can change students’ lives. The characteristics of the framework of teacher leadership are very clear: taking value leadership as the basis of the development of teacher leadership, competency-based development as the orientation, improving the quality of teaching and learning as the development goal, and the teacher group development as the development mode. The framework of teacher leadership can provide reference and inspiration for the development of teacher leadership in China.
