摘 要:我国现已成为世界上继美国、巴西之后第三大生物燃料乙醇生产和消费国,技术创新和降本增效始终是国内生物燃料乙醇行业发展壮大和应对国内外各种挑战的主要手段。生料发酵技术作为未来生物燃料乙醇产业最具发展潜力的技术之一,始终是行业内重点研发和攻关的方向。虽然美国POET公司凭借其独特的技术和诺维信酶制剂产品的支持,实现了生料发酵技术在其27家工厂的大面积推广应用,但是其他国家和工厂都尚未完全掌握该项技术的工程应用方案。本文从粉碎预处理、生淀粉水解、发酵、染菌防治、蒸馏及DDGS颜色等5个关键环节解析了生料发酵技术的研究现状和亟待突破的技术瓶颈,提出了用系统性思维开发生料发酵应用方案的建议。China, subsequent to the U.S. and Brazil, has become the third largest producer and consumer of biofuel ethanol in the world. Technical innovation and cost reduction have always been the main means for rapid growth of domestic biofuel ethanol industry and their capabilities for fierce international challenges. Fermentation of uncooked materials, as one of the most promising technologies in future biofuel ethanol industry, has always been the research & development focus. Although POET in the U.S. has realized the large-scale application of uncooked materials fermentation in fuel ethanol production in 27 factories based on its unique technologies and the support of Novozyme, there is still a long way for the absolute industrial practice of uncooked materials fermentation for other factories. In this paper, the present situations of fermentation of uncooked materials in fuel ethanol production in China were introduced including the 5 key technical procedures: crushing pretreatment, uncooked starch hydrolysis, fermentation, bacterial contamination control, distillation and DDGS color. Besides, some solutions for the development of uncooked materials fermentation were put forward.
