摘  要:通过对高职酒店管理专业现代学徒制项目实习满意度调查,分析实习满意度的构成要素及关键因素。基于现代学徒制项目试点实践,探索基于“工学融合、多元培养、学徒育英、素能递进”培养体系的酒店管理专业顶岗实习优化策略,在学校育人要求、企业用人需求、学徒发展诉求、实习资源整合及管理模式磨合等方面进行优化创新,实现校企协同互动、互利共赢、多方发展。By investigating the internship satisfaction of modern apprenticeship project in hotel management specialty of higher vocational colleges, the components and key factors of internship satisfaction are analyzed. In order to enhance the effect of internship and improve the quality of personnel training, based on the pilot practice of modern apprenticeship project, this paper explores the optimization strategy of post internship of hotel management specialty in the training system of “work-study integration, multi-training, apprenticeship education, progressive ability”. It is necessary to optimize and innovate in the aspects of school education requirements, enterprise employment needs, apprenticeship development demands, internship resource integration and management mode running-in, so as to achieve collaborative interaction between schools and enterprises, mutual benefit and win-win, and multi-development.
