摘　　要：本文通过 4个方面来描述 2 1世纪食品技术的发展方向 ,其中包括健全食品发展的法规和法律。This article described the direction of development of the food technology in the 21st century from four aspects.It also discussed the rules and laws to strengthen the development of the food industry.
