职教改革背景下高职院校校企合作现状与思考

摘　　要：校企合作是高职教育发展中的一项重要举措,高职教育的改革发展离不开校企合作。通过对校企合作发展的各阶段现状进行分析,理出不同校企合作模式的优缺点,最后从高职院校的角度出发,结合职教20条的要求,提出进一步深入校企合作的基本策略。School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure in the development of higher vocational education.The reform and development of higher vocational education can not be separated from school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of each stage of school-enterprise cooperation development,the advantages and disadvantages of different school-enterprise cooperation modes are sorted out.Finally,from the perspective of higher vocational colleges,and combined with the requirements of the National Plan for Implementation of Vocational Eduction Reform,the basic strategies of further cooperation between schools and enterprises are proposed.
