摘　　要：职业教育应顺应科技发展趋势与市场需求,注重培养高素质技术技能人才。全国职业院校技能大赛,是职业技能展示的平台,大赛引入了先进的技术规范和职业标准等,推动了职业院校教学改革。大赛的技能水平反映了高职院校的教学水平。以技能大赛为契机,通过竞赛资源转化,构建基于工作过程的教学体系,使教学内容对接职业标准,教学过程更贴近生产过程,培养学生解决问题的综合能力,有利于学生职业生涯的发展。Vocational education should conform to the development trend of science and technology and market demand,and pay attention to training high-quality technical and skilled personnel.The National Vocational College Skills Competition is a platform for vocational skills demonstration.It introduces advanced technical norms and vocational standards,and promotes the teaching reform of Vocational colleges.The skill level of the competition reflects the teaching level of Higher Vocational colleges.Taking the skills competition as an opportunity,through the transformation of competition resources,the teaching system based on the working process is constructed,so as to make the teaching content dock with the professional standards,make the teaching process closer to the production process,and cultivate students'comprehensive ability to solve problems,which is conducive to the development of students'career.
