高职院校制定学分制人才培养方案的探索与实践

摘　　要：高职院校实施学分制管理还存在许多现实问题,在具体实施上还有一定的难度。高职院校实施学分制管理必须以制定人才培养方案作为出发点,合理确定课程结构体系中选修课占方案总学时的比例,分类分层选择试点专业等措施,在稳定教学秩序前提下实施学分制。广州铁路职业技术学院按照“分类分层、突出重点、分步实施、共享互认、改进完善”的策略,构建“底层共享、中层分立、高层互选”的课程结构体系,制定了学分制人才培养方案,保证学分制管理的有效实施。Many practical problems and difficulties still exist in the implementation of credit system management in higher vocational colleges,so we must take the formulation of talent training program as the starting point,reasonably determine the time proportion of elective courses in the total school curriculum structure system,and select pilot specialties in different levels,so as to implement the credit system on the premise of stabilizing the teaching order.Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic has constructed the curriculum structure system of“sharing at the bottom,separating in the middle and selecting on the top”according to the strategy of“classifying and layering,highlighting key points,implementing step by step,sharing and mutual recognition,and improving and perfecting”,and has formulated the talent training program of credit system to ensure the effective implementation of credit system management.
