摘  要:目的探讨PBL教学法在全科医学专业实习生中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2019年1月在老年病科实习的全科医学专业的学生,随机分为LBL带教组(30人)和PBL带教组(30人),LBL带教组采用传统的实习讲授式教学模式,PBL带教组采用PBL教学模式,实习结束后进行出科考核并比较两组学生的出科成绩(包括理论成绩和mini-CEX测评)。结果 PBL带教组得分均高于LBL带教组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在全科医学专业的实习教学中,PBL带教组成绩高于LBL带教组,运用PBL教学法较传统教学法更能提高全科医生的临床实习效果。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in general practitioners of general medicine. Methods General practice medical students who were enrolled in the department of geriatrics from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the LBL teaching group(30 students) and the PBL teaching group(30 students). The LBL teaching group was adopted the traditional internship teaching mode, the PBL teaching group was adopted the PBL teaching mode, and after the internship, the students were assessed and the scores of the two groups of students(including theoretical scores and mini-CEX evaluation) were compared. Results The scores of the PBL teaching group were higher than those of the LBL teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the practice teaching of general medicine, the scores of the PBL teaching group were higher than the LBL teaching group. The PBL teaching method can improve the clinical practice effect of the general practitioner more than the traditional teaching method.
