摘  要:目的建立HPLC法测定复方阿胶浆中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、安赛蜜和糖精钠的含量。方法采用Symmetry Column C 18色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-20mmol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=4),进样量10μL,流速1.0mL·min^-1;柱温40℃。结果各化合物在线性范围内线性良好(r>0.9996),3个不同加标水平下的回收率范围在97.3%~100.5%之间,精密度和稳定性试验的RSD<3%,市售复方阿胶浆样品检出苯甲酸,但未超标。结论该法可用于复方阿胶浆中苯甲酸、山梨酸、安赛蜜和糖精钠的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,acesulfame and sodium saccharin in compound gelatin.METHODS The Symmetry Column C 18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-20mmol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH=4),the injection volume was 10μL,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1;the column temperature was 40℃.RESULTS The linearity of each compound was linear(r>0.9996).The recoveries ranged from 97.3%to 100.5%at three different spike levels,and the RSD<3% for precision and stability tests.The benzoic acid sample was detected as a benzoic acid sample,but it did not exceed the standard.CONCLUSION This method can be used for the determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,acesulfame and sodium saccharin in compound gelatin.
