摘 要:高校基础课一般采取合班上大课的情形,班级规模效应对学习的影响是教学需要考虑的一个因素。文章以中国农业大学的公共基础课“大学物理”为例,在授课教师、教学内容、教学方法都相同的情况下,比较了超大班变成大班和小班后的情况,就班级规模效应对学习的影响进行了探索。结果发现,对于内在驱动、自律性极强和极弱的学生,班级规模并不影响其学习效果;以作业、课堂讨论、微课制作讲解、在线测试等开卷方式得到的平时成绩体现不出大、小班的显著差别;闭卷期末考试成绩受到班级规模的影响,小班平均分与最高分都有大的提高。In general,basic courses in schools are taught in large classes.The effect of class size on learning is a factor that should be considered in teaching reform.Taking China Agricultural University's public basic course“College Physics”as an example,the teaching situation of large and small classes is compared under the condition of guaranteeing the same teachers,content and teaching methods.The results show that class size does not affect the learning of students with extremely strong or weak internal drive,and self-discipline.There is no significant difference between small and large classes in the results of open-book methods such as homework,classroom discussion,micro-class production and explanation,and online test.Closed-book final exam results are affected by the size of the class,the average and maximum scores of small classes is greatly improved.
