摘　　要：劳动教育的本质是"感性意识"的养成,而"感性意识"又脱胎于感性劳动。劳动教育不是关于如何劳动的教育,而是关于感性意识的劳动生成的教育。感性意识之养成恰是劳动精神之确立,劳动精神之确立是劳动教育的重要目标,也是人的自由人格实现的第一步。The essence of labor education is the cultivation of " perceptual consciousness",which is derived from perceptual labor. Labor education is not about how to work,but about perceptual awareness of the labor generation of education. The cultivation of perceptual consciousness is just the establishment of labor spirit,which is an important goal of labor education and also the first step to realize the free personality of human beings.
