摘  要:近年来内隐知识的作用越来越被人重视,内隐知识潜移默化地指导着人们的生活与学习。但是内隐知识的特点决定其传播与交流具有一定难度。那么,怎样才能使隐性知识有效转化、传播就是一个值得讨论的问题。内隐知识需要与外显知识紧密结合才能发挥出它的效用来,其必经之路就是促进内隐知识与外显知识的转化。In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the role of implicit knowledge,which imperceptibly guides people's life and learning.However,the characteristics of tacit knowledge determine that its dissemination and communication is difficult.Then,how to effectively transform and disseminate tacit knowledge is a problem worth discussing.Implicit knowledge needs to be closely integrated with explicit knowledge in order to play its role.The only way to achieve this goal is to promote the transformation of implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge.
