摘  要:教育变革是当代教育史上重大事件,新儒家作为传统文化教育的负荷者与守望者,其独特的生命体验和历史感受为教育变革提供了全新动力。在贺麟看来,当代教育性质上已发生了显著变化,不仅在教育目标上焕然一新,而且在时间上更为迅速,“百年树人”转向“十年树人”正成为教育工作的可能趋势。从阶段上看,小学、中学、大学各自具有不同的发展规律,三级教育有分工、有联系、更有发展,对生命的教育考察应始终符合辩证法的内在要求。在教学过程中,“教”与“学”一体两面,不可或缺。年长者应该向青年学习,以克服老年的顽固;青年人也应该向年长者学习,以克服青年人的嚣张。在青年的成长过程中,应积极注重人格的培育,以英雄人物为榜样,实现精神与精神的交契,人格与人格的感召;宣传活动也应该从教育的本质出发,使人获得更为丰富的学养和引导。Education reform is a major event in the history of contemporary education.As the load bearer and watcher of traditional culture and education,the new Confucianism has provided a new impetus for education reform with its unique life experience and historical experience.According to He Lin,the nature of contemporary education has undergone significant changes.Not only has it been a new change in educational goals,but it has also been more rapid in time.The shift of“Takes a hundred years to rear people”to“Takes ten years to rear people”is becoming a possible trend in education work.From the perspective of the stage,primary schools,secondary schools,and universities each have different development laws.The third-level education has division of labor,links,and more development.The educational inspection of life should always meet the inherent requirements of dialectics.In the process of teaching,“teaching”and“learning”are indispensable.Older people should learn from young people to overcome the persistence of old age;young people should also learn from their elders in order to overcome their arrogance.In the process of young people’s growth,we should pay attention to the cultivation of personality,take heroes as models,realize the spiritual and spiritual relationship,personality and personality.Publicity activities should also start from the essence of education so that people can obtain more abundant education and guidance.
