摘  要:当前,我国实施高校师范类专业认证顺应了教师教育专业认证国际潮流,回应了基础教育对高素质教师的迫切需求,是提升教师教育质量的重要举措。在教师教育实践中,师范类专业发展遭遇专业实体化体制与师范类专业“双专业性”融合之间的矛盾、“国考”与师范类专业价值迷失的关联以及教师教育开放化导致师范类专业“师范性”弱化等现实困境。在师范类专业认证背景下,高校应在“学生中心”“产出导向”“持续改进”的专业认证理念指导下,多方面促进师范类专业建设。一是专业去实体化,基于“课程组合专业”范式建设师范类专业;二是学科实体化,强化师范类专业学科群建设;三是课程模块化,基于能力结构建设师范类专业课程群;四是教学学术化,依据教师教育者要求构建师范类专业教学团队,以适应和促进新形势下教师教育的改革与发展,切实推进教师教育的全面振兴。At present,to carry out the professional accreditation of normal university in China is conforming to the international trend of professional certification of normal education,responding to the urgent need of high quality teachers in basic education,and an important measure to improve the quality of teacher education.In the practice of normal education,the development of normal specialty in colleges and universities in China encounters the contradiction between the professional entity system and the integration of the"double specialty"of normal specialty,the relationship between the"national examination"and the loss of the value of normal specialty,and the dilemma that the opening of normal education leads to the weakening of the"teacher-training"of normal specialty.Under the background of professional certification in the normal education,the colleges and universities should promote the construction of normal education specialty in many ways under the guidance of the concept of"student center","output-orientation"and"continuous improvement".Firstly,the specialty should be dematerialized and the normal education specialty should be constructed based on the paradigm of"curriculum combination specialty";secondly,the subject should be materialized and the specialty of normal education should be strengthened;thirdly,the curriculum modularization should be based on the ability structure to construct the curriculum group of normal specialty;fourthly,the teaching academization should be based on the requirements of teachers’role of educators to construct the teaching team of normal specialty so as to adapt to and promote the reform and development of normal education under the new situation and effectively promote the overall revitalization of normal education.
