摘　　要：由人工智能、大数据、移动互联网等新技术支撑,广州基于“互联网+”理念,构建智慧化的“双网”社区终身教育体系,解决原社区终身教育体系无法承载和覆盖一线城市千万级人口大规模全民学习需求的问题。基于智慧教育理念,构建了丰富、智能、精准的教学体系,解决了原社区终身教育体系无法保障人群个性化、差异化和多元化的终身学习需求的问题。重塑终身学习新形态,建立学习支持服务多元保障机制,高效保障广大市民终身学习。Supported by new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and mobile Internet,based on the concept of"Internet+",Guangzhou created a"Skynet+Groundnet"system.Using Internet+technology,the model establishes a"dual-network"community lifelong education,solving the problem of original community lifelong education system’s inability to cope with the massive learning needs in big cities with a huge population of over ten million.From the smart education,the model aims to construct a rich,intelligent and accurate teaching system.Compared to traditional community lifelong education system,the new system guarantees the differentiated,diversified and personalized learning needs of the people.In a word,the model reinvents the new form of lifelong learning,builds a multi-protection mechanism for learning support services,and effectively satisfies citizen's lifelong learning needs.
