摘  要:高职餐饮专业的就业方向集技术职能、服务职能、管理职能为一体的行业,在对学生进行培养时,应采用理论与实践相结合的模式,进而提升学生的专业素养,与企业的专业型需求形成对接。文章对现代学徒制进行论述,提出现代学徒制与高职餐饮专业的关系,并对高职餐饮专业课程体系建设进行研究。The employment orientation of catering specialty in higher vocational colleges integrates technical function, service function and management function. When training students, we should adopt the mode of combining theory with practice, so as to enhance students’ professional accomplishment and form a docking with the professional needs of enterprises. This paper discusses the modern apprenticeship system, puts forward the relationship between the modern apprenticeship system and the catering specialty in higher vocational colleges, and studies the course system construction of catering specialty in higher vocational colleges.
