信息化背景下高职教师教学能力提升的策略探究

摘　　要：在信息化2.0到来之际,高职教师的教学能力存在很多问题,也面临着巨大的挑战。基于此,阐述了高职教师信息化教学能力存在的问题,并提出了参加信息化相关的大赛、积极主动运用信息化手段,以及完善培训和激励机制等策略,从而使高职教师信息化教学能力得到加强和提升。At the time of coming of information 2.0,the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers has many problems and is facing great challenges.Based on this situation,this paper expounds the problems existing in the informatization teaching ability of higher vocational teachers,and puts forward strategies such as participating in informatization related competitions,actively and actively using informatization means,and improving training and incentive mechanisms,so that the informatization teaching ability of higher vocational teachers can be strengthened and improved.
