摘  要:地方高校中的音乐专业是我国专业音乐教育的一大组成部分,它与专业音乐学院、艺术学院音乐系等共同构成了我国现有的音乐教育培养体系。新课标背景下的音乐教育人才应当拥有突出的专业技能,同时全面发展,提升综合素养,但地方院校现有的音乐学专业教育出现了课程配置不合理、教学内容与新课标标准不相符、与新课标要求相关的师资力量薄弱等问题,这些问题阻碍了新时代音乐教师的培养。Music majors in local colleges and universities are a major part of professional music education in China,which together with professional music colleges and music departments of art colleges constitute the existing music education and training system in China.Under the background of the new curriculum standard,music education talents should possess outstanding professional skills,develop in an all-round way and improve their comprehensive quality.However,the existingmusic education in local colleges and universities has some problems,such as unreasonable curriculum allocation,inconsistent teaching content with the new curriculum standard,and weak teachers related to the requirements of the new curriculum standard.Some problems hinder the cultivation of music teachers in the new era.
