摘　　要：研究生作为实验课程助教可缓解实验教学师资力量的短缺,但实验课程助教工作量大、薪资偏低,因此需要加大助教招聘的宣传力度,做好助教的培训工作,帮助他们更好地投入助教工作。建立严格合理的考核与评优制度,鼓励助教参与实验课程教学改革,更好地发挥研究生助教在实验教学中的作用,并使研究生的科研能力和综合能力进一步提高,达到双赢的效果。As teaching assistants in experimental courses,graduate students can alleviate the shortage of teaching staff in experimental teaching,but the experimental courses have a large workload and low salary to the teaching assistants.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the publicity of recruiting teaching assistants,do some training for the teaching assistants,and help them to invest in teaching assistants better.Establishing a strict and reasonable assessment and evaluation system,and encouraging teaching assistants to participate in the teaching reform of experimental courses could be better play the role of graduate teaching assistants in experimental teaching,and further improve the scientific research ability and comprehensive ability of graduate students to achieve win-win results.
