摘　　要：大学生实践能力成为当代“能力本位”思想的关注点,提高大学生实践能力需要从教育者、学习者和社会实践平台三个实践培养力量方面做出反思和改变,以“知”和“行”为着手点,进行思想和行动的改革。但大学生实践能力的培养不能“各自为教”,还需要形成一个可供运行的教育实践共同体和实践教育体系,辅助实践教学的各方工作协调有效推进,才能促进学生全面发展。College students’practical ability has become the focus of contemporary“competency-based”thinking.To improve college students’practical ability,we need to rethink and change from such three aspects as educators,learners and social practice platform.We should start with“knowledge”and“action”to reform our thinking and action.However,the cultivation of students’practical ability can not be“taught separately”,and a community of educational practice and practical education system need to be formed for operation.Only by coordinating and effectively promoting all aspects of practical teaching,can students’comprehensive development be promoted.
