摘  要:"双师型"教师队伍建设是加强高等职业教育内涵建设的重要举措。当前,国家经济步入了产业结构转型升级的新常态时期,产教深度融合对于加快职业教育改革发展具有战略性意义,也是职业教育实践的现实诉求。围绕产教融合新形势这一主线,通过开辟多元化师资来源渠道、搭建多元合作的共同体实践平台、规范兼职教师的管理与队伍建设、建立开放式师资队伍交流培养体系等实现合作共赢的实施寻径,为新时代高等职业教育"双师型"教师培养提供新思路。The construction of double qualified teachers is an important measure to strengthen the connotation construction of Higher Vocational education. At present, the national economy has entered a new normal period of industrial restructuring and upgrading. The integration of industry and education is an important direction of the reform and development of Higher Vocational Education in the new era, and also a realistic demand of vocational education practice. Around the Integration of Industry and Education, we should establish and improve the cooperation mechanism and platform between schools and enterprises, build a Multi-Cooperative community practice platform, standardize the management and team building of part-time teachers, and establish an open teacher team exchange and training system to achieve win-win cooperation, to find a new way for the implementation of Higher Vocational Education in the new era.
