基于“混合式教（导）+学”理念的“组织学与胚胎学”课程思政之实践

摘　　要：课程思政为一种隐性思想政治教育方法,在所有专业课程中融入引导大学生树立正确的世界观和价值观的教育内容,包括政治认同、国家意识、文化自信、公民人格、人文精神、科学精神、职业素养等,来规划设计课程的教育教学内容,实现知识传授、价值引领和能力提升的有机统一。以"组织学与胚胎学"教学为例,基于笔者提出的"混合式教+学"的理念,将思政内容"润物细无声"地融入理论课、实验课和第二课堂,取得了良好的教学效果。目前已在全国60多所高校示范,获得好评。Merging ideological and political education in professional curriculum is a hidden teaching strategy. It integrates educational contents into all professional courses to guide college students to establish correct world views and values,including political identity,national consciousness,cultural self-confidence,citizen personality,humanistic spirit,scientific spirit,professional literacy,etc,and it can unify knowledge transfer,value leadership and ability improvement organically in curriculum design. For example,based on Blended Teaching + Learning concept,we integrate the ideological and political elements with "Histology and Embryology" teaching in theoretical,practical and extracurricular lessons naturally,and have achieved good effects. It has been applied in more than sixty colleges and universities across the country and received positive feedback.
