摘  要:通过分析食品科学与工程专业研究生的培养现状以及进一步加强校企合作培养本专业研究生科研能力的必要性,探讨了加强校企合作培养食品科学与工程专业研究生科研能力的策略,包括校企合作培养过程的全程化管理、营造创新和合作的科研氛围、强化企业的作用以及加强校企合作培养过程中的各方保障。Based on the analysis of the current situation of postgraduates in food science and engineering specialty,and the necessity of strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate the scientific research ability of postgraduates in food science and engineering specialty,this paper explored the strategies for strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises to cultivate the scientific research ability of postgraduates,including the whole process management of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,creating an innovative and cooperative scientific research atmosphere,strengthening the role of enterprises,and strengthening the guarantee of all parties in the process of school-enterprise cooperation training.
