高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育融合的有效途径

摘　　要：为了实现高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育内在知识与技能层面的高度融合,阐述了创新创业教育与专业教育融合的内涵,分析了高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育的关系和融合现状,指出了融合过程中存在课程体系设计的科学完整性、统一运行管理机构、文化氛围、师资力量缺乏以及政策落实不到位等问题,从课程有机融合、管理机构整合、文化层面融通、师资队伍融合、通过项目共建促进融合等方面,提出了高职院校专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合的路径,进而促进高职院校教育事业的稳步发展。In order to realize the high integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and major education in higher vocational colleges at the level of knowledge and skills,this paper expounds the connotation of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and major education,analyzes the relationship and integration status of innovation and entrepreneurship education and major education in higher vocational colleges,and points out the problems such as lack of scientific integrity of curriculum system design,unified operation management organization,cultural atmosphere and teachers,and inadequate implementation of policies in the integration.This paper puts forward the path of the integration of major education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,from the aspects of curriculum integration,management organization integration,cultural level integration,faculty integration,and project co-construction to promote integration,so as to promote the steady development of higher vocational education.
