摘 要:"3+3"中高职分段培养是当前我国职业教育的主要发展方向之一。如何区分并协调好中高职分段教育,是大多数中高职院校实践中面临的主要问题。结合数控技术专业"3+3"项目试点,就中高职分段培养实施过程中涉及的人才培养方案制订、核心课程建设、教学组织实施、教材选用与开发、校企合作推动、师资培养、共建共享教学资源和衔接中高职质量评价与教学管理等具体问题进行研究和实践。The establishment of"3+3"secondary and higher vocational staged education is one of the main directions of education development in China at present.How to distinguish and coordinate the staged education between secondary and higher vocational education is the main problem in the practice of most secondary and higher vocational colleges.Based on the"3+3"pilot project of numerical control specialty,this paper mainly researched and practiced the formulation of personnel training program in the implementation progress of secondary and higher vocational staged education,the construction of core curriculum construction,teaching organization,teaching material selection and development,university-enterprise cooperation to promote and cultivate teachers,co-construction and sharing of teaching resources,the connection between secondary and higher vocational education quality evaluation,teaching management and so on speci?c problems.
