摘 要:利用从土壤中分离出的红酵母CCYZ116固态发酵农林废弃物,研究不同接种量对发酵终产物中生物量、类胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明,2.5倍浓缩组的生物量(2.699 g/L)最高;5倍浓缩组的类胡萝卜素含量和产量最高分别为713.22μg/g,1312.3μg/L(p<0.05);2.5倍浓缩组的可溶性总糖最高达5.433 g/100 g(p<0.05);原液组的可溶性蛋白含量为10.392 g/100 g(p<0.05)。提高红酵母的接种量,有助于提高农林废弃物发酵后的营养价值、提高发酵效率、降低能耗,为农林废弃物的回收利用提供理论依据。Produced solid-state feed agricultural and forestry wastes by using Rhodotorula CCYZ116 isolated from soil.This study was conducted to determine the effects of yeast fermentation on content of biomass,carotenoid,soluble protein and soluble sugar of fermented products.Results showed that the highest bacterial biomass(2.699 g/L)was obtained when the solid-state medium inoculated with 2.5 times concentrated fermentation liquid.The highest carotenoid content and yield were 713.22μg/g and 1312.3μg/L(p<0.05)respectively,which solid medium inoculated with 5 times concentrated fermentation broth.The highest soluble sugars content in fermented products was 5.433 g/100 g(p<0.05),which inoculated by 2.5 times concentrated fermenting liquid.The highest soluble protein content in fermented products was 10.392 g/100 g(p<0.05),which inoculated by original fermenting liquid.Conclusion:increasing inoculation concentration of Rhodotorula CCYZ116 could contribute to improving nutritional value of solid medium,reducing fermentation duration,enhancing the fermentation efficiency and cutting down the energy consumption.
