摘  要:课堂教学是人才培养的主阵地,高职院校要担负起高素质技术技能人才培养的重任,必须加快课堂教学和课程改革。结构决定功能,高职院校只有正视课程设置、课程内容、教学方法、教学条件、教学手段和教学团队方面存在的结构性缺失问题,打破现有课程和教学结构,全面系统地推进"金课"重构,才能从根本上实现脱胎换骨的课堂革命,达成人才培养质量持续提升的目标。对此,当前高职课程改革迫切需要调整课程整体设置结构和功能,确保与人才需求的一致性;构建基于任务引领和问题解决的课程内容,确保课程设计的"两性一度";推进以学生为中心的精准教学,确保课程教学的实效性;加快"智能+教育"的教学条件改善,确保课程学习的泛在性;探索模块化教学,构建"学习共同体",确保师生合作与创造活力。Classroom teaching is the main position of personnel training. In order to shoulder the heavy responsibility of training highquality technical and skilled personnel, higher vocational colleges must speed up reform of classroom teaching and curriculum. Structure determines function. Only by facing up to the structural deficiencies in curriculum setting, curriculum content, teaching methods, teaching conditions, teaching means and teachers, breaking the existing curriculum and teaching structure, and promoting the reconstruction of "golden courses"systematically, can vocational colleges fundamentally and truly realize the radical classroom revolution, and achieve the goal of continuously improving the quality of personnel training. In this regard, current curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges should be implemented urgently from five aspects: To adjust the overall structure and function of curriculum to ensure consistency with the needs of talents;to construct curriculum content based on task-oriented and problem-solving to ensure the"Innovativeness, Higher Order and Challenge"of curriculum design;to promote student-centered precise teaching to ensure the effectiveness of curriculum teaching;to accelerate the improvement of teaching conditions of"Intelligence + Education"to ensure the ubiquity of curriculum learning;to explore modular teaching and build a"learning community"to ensure cooperation and creativity between teachers and students.
