摘 要:新时代信息化、人工智能等新技术的变革,对中小学教师的信息素养提出了更高要求,随着各类新技术的成熟应用,中小学教师继续教育的互联网生态也在持续迭代发展。在新时代学习理论的指导下,以教育生态学的视角,深刻把握区域中小学教师继续教育生态核心理念,建构区域中小学教师继续教育的新生态,探索形成“研训用”一体的特色智慧生态实训体系,有效解决中小学教师培训发展不平衡、实施不充分的问题,助力区域中小学教师全面发展。The changes in information technology and artificial intelligence in the new era have put forward higher requirements on the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers.With the mature application of various new technologies,the Internet ecology of continuing education for primary and secondary school teachers has continued to iterate and develop.Under the guidance of learning theory of the new era and from the perspective of educational ecology,we should deeply grasp the core concept of continuing education ecology of the teachers in regional primary and secondary schools,construct a new ecology of continuing education for them,and explore the unique wisdom ecological training system of“research-training-teaching”.The training system can effectively solve the problems of imbalanced and inadequate implementation of teacher training in primary and secondary schools and give them a comprehensive development.
