摘 要:基于高职护生的实际英语水平和医院岗位需求,本文强调整合护理英语课程内容,制订护理英语教学计划书,设计教学任务,组织教学活动,实施项目化教学。此外,教师要运用多种教学方法和学习策略,激发高职护生学习护理英语的动机,提高学习效率,监控学生完成任务的情况,使护理英语的课程内容专业化、教学内容项目化、教学活动交际化、教学方法多样化、学习方式职场化、教学设计有效化、教学要求个性化、课程考核多元化。语言能力与护理岗位要求相结合,课堂教学与护理技能要求相结合,从而使护生在学习护理英语的同时提升其职业技能和职业素质。这是英语和护理能力的双重提升。Based on the actual English level of higher vocational nursing students and the job requirements of the hospital,this paper integrates the content of the nursing English curriculum,develops nursing English teaching plans,designs teaching tasks,organizes teaching activities,and implements projectoriented teaching.Besides,teachers need to employ a variety of teaching methods and learning strategies to motivate the higher vocational nursing students to learn English,improve learning efficiency,and monitor students to complete tasks.The aim is to realize the specialization of the curriculum content,the project orientation of the teaching content,and achieve the teaching communication during classes,the variation of teaching methods,the career style of learning approaches,effective teaching design,personalized teaching requirements and diversified curriculum evaluation.It is also necessary to combine the language ability with nursing job requirements and combine the classroom teaching with the requirements of nursing skills.By doing so,nursing students can improve their vocational skills as well as professional quality when they are learning nursing English.This is the double improvement in both English and nursing abilities.
