摘　　要：在新的时期,高等教育被赋予的重任是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。本文分析了本科人才培养过程中教学、科研与社会服务的关系困惑、教师职业角色的困惑、本科人才培养定位的困惑。在借鉴欧美大学本科教育经验的基础上,依据"以本为本"和"四个回归"的原则,提出坚持以生为本的本科教学使命、加强教师教学学术研究、培养符合时代要求的全面发展的人才的对策建议。This paper analyzed the confusions of teachers in scientific research and serving the society,their professional roles and the orientation of undergraduate students’ cultivation. Based on European and American undergraduate education experience and the "four comebacks",it put forward the idea that student-centered undergraduates’ teaching should be highlighted and the academic research on teaching should be strengthened,so as to cultivate all-around talents who can meet the requirements of the new era.
