摘 要:通过对成都师范学院349名师范生施测《大学生择业自我效能感量表》,发现:其一,在专业、性别、是否独生子女、生源地四个变量上,师范生的择业自我效能感差异不显著;其二,未担任学生干部的师范生的择业自我效能感在部分维度上显著低于担任学生干部的师范生,未参加过实践活动的师范生的择业自我效能感显著低于参加过实践活动的师范生。进而得出结论,学校应积极开展针对师范生的社会实践活动,这有利于提高他们的择业自我效能感。Through the investigation into 349 normal school students of Chengdu Normal University by Self-efficacy Scale of College Students'Career Choice,results show as follows:first,there is no significant difference of the self-efficacy of normal school students'career choice as far as the four variables are concerned including the major,the gender,whether being the only child or not,and the source place of students;second,the self-efficacy of career choice of normal school students who have not been student cadres is significant lower than that of normal school students who have been student cadres;the self-efficacy of career choice of normal school students who have not participated in practice activities is significant lower than that of normal school students who have participated in practice activities.Furthermore,the conclusion is achieved that universities should actively carry out social practice activities targeted to normal school students which are beneficial to improving their self-efficacy of career choice.
