摘　　要：现代学徒制作为高职院校深化专业内涵建设的重要抓手,为提高学校教育教学质量、加强专业内涵建设提供了有力的保障。本文通过深入分析现代学徒制在我校人才培养中的实施情况,从搭建校企合作平台、推进人才培养模式改革等多个方面进行剖析,对同类高职院校推行现代学徒制有一定的借鉴意义。Modern apprenticeship is an important measure for deepening the construction of professional connotation in higher vocational colleges,providing an effective guarantee for improving the quality of college education and teaching and strengthening the construction of professional connotation.Through in-depth analysis of the implementation of modern apprenticeship in talent training in this college,this paper makes analysis from multiple aspects including the construction of college-enterprise cooperation platform,the promotion of reforming talent training mode,etc.,which is of certain reference value to the implementation of modern apprenticeship in similar higher vocational colleges.
