高校与地方英语教育信息生态系统共享共建研究——以绥化市高校为例

摘　　要：英语教育信息资源在高校与地方教育主体间的共享共建已经成为当前英语教育发展中必须面对的现实问题。教育信息资源的扩容影响英语教育的形式。绥化学院与绥化市教育主体间英语教育资源共建共享已逐渐合作,这期间制约英语教育资源发展的原因表现在多方面,可以采取激发内生活力,发挥政府作用,建立英语教育资源共享共建平台等方法解决发展问题。The sharing and co-construction of information resources between college and local English education has become a realistic problem in the current development of English education,because the expansion of education information resources can affect the form of English education.Suihua University and the education sectors in Suihua city have gradually cooperated in co-construction and sharing of English education resources.During this process,there are various factors restricting the development of English education resources.To solve the development problems,the following measure are suggested:stimulating the endogenous vitality,giving play to the role of the government,and establishing a platform for the co-construction and sharing of English education resources.
