摘　　要：文章以应用型人才培养为目标,分析了目前"电机与拖动"课程教学中存在的问题,从"电机与拖动"教学内容的删减和优化标准、课堂互动内容安排、实验课教学方法、课程考核侧重点等方面进行了深入研究。实践证明,上述教学改革方法从本质上提升了教学质量,达到了培养应用型人才的要求。This paper aims at the training of applied talents, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching of "motor and drag", and makes an in-depth study from the following aspects: the standard of cutting and optimizing the teaching content of "motor and drag", the arrangement of interactive content in class, the teaching method of experimental course, the emphasis of course assessment, etc. Practice has proved that the above-mentioned teaching reform methods improve the teaching quality in essence and meet the requirements of training application-oriented talents.
