现代学徒制视角下的专业课程教学研究与实践——以机械设计课程为例

摘　　要：通过分析机械设计课程的特点和性质,以及在实践教学中,推进现代学徒制所遇到的教学成本高、企业热情低及师徒关系复杂等共性问题,提出了将合作企业、学校和网上项目资源在实践教学中进行有机融合,从而将现代学徒制培养模式有效嵌入专业课程实践教学,以促使专业能力的培养实现可视性效果。Based on the analysis of the characteristics and nature of the mechanical design course,as well as the common problems such as the high cost of teaching,the low enthusiasm of enterprises and the complex relationship between teachers and apprentices in the practice teaching,this paper puts forward the organic integration of cooperative enterprises,schools and online project resources in the practice teaching,so as to effectively embed the modern apprenticeship training mode into the professional courses practice teaching,and to promote the cultivation of professional ability to achieve visual effect.
