浅谈急诊科住培教学的医学人文教育与医患沟通培养

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是培养卓越医师的的关键环节。住院医师医学人文教育与医患沟通能力培养,对医疗工作中的给予患者充分的人文关怀、与患者进行良好沟通、更好地为患者服务至关重要。急诊科住院医师规范化培训是急诊专科人才培养的重要途径。急诊科人文教育与医患沟通技能的培养是急诊科住院医师规培的重要组成部分。然而,目前普遍存在重急救知识、急救技能培养而轻医学人文教育与医患沟通技能培养。因此,急诊科住院医师规范化培训亟待加强人文教育、医患沟通技能的培养。我院急诊科通过合理安排培训内容、采用科学教学方法,加强人文教育、医患沟通技能的培养,使得住院医师急救知识、急救技能与人文素养、沟通能力同步提高,从而取得较好的培训效果,更好地沟通,更好地为患者服务。The standardized resident training program is key to successfully train dependable and outstanding doctors. To better serve for patients, training residents in medical humanities education and doctor-patient communication is very important in order for residents to provide full humanistic care and establish good communications with patients while providing care. The standardized resident training in emergency department in both humanities education and doctor-patient communication is particularly vital for emergency care specialists. The current emphasis is more on first aid knowledge and first aid skills training than on medical humanities education and doctor-patient communication training. To strengthen humanistic education and cultivation of good doctor-patient communication skills, we have developed a unique training curriculum, and adopted some scientific training methods in our department to promote humanistic quality and communication skills while maintaining high quality of first aid knowledge and skills for better training and better patient service.
