摘  要:目的探讨案例中心教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)在血液科实习教学中的作用。方法选取2017年5月—2018年10月在血液科实习的学生共120人,随机分为传统教学组、CBL教学组,每组60人。传统教学组使用传统教学法(Lecture-Based Learning,LBL)进行教学,CBL教学组使用CBL教学法进行教学。在实习结束后,统计2组学生临床操作考试、理论知识考试的成绩,并对2组学生的学习效果进行问卷调查。对2组的数据进行分析、比较。结果2组学生在基本理论知识成绩、对知识的理解和记忆、查阅和评价文献能力方面无显著差异(P>0.05);CBL教学组的学生临床操作考试成绩优于传统教学组(P<0.05),且在课堂氛围、学习兴趣、沟通组织能力、临床思维和解决问题能力等方面较传统教学组有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论在血液科的实习教学中,CBL教学法与传统教学法相比有显著优势,在提升学生学习兴趣、沟通能力、临床思维、操作技能以及活跃课堂氛围等方面展现出了良好的效果。Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)in teaching of hematology internship.Methods A total of 120 interns in the hematology department of our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and CBL teaching group,with 60 students in each group.The traditional teaching group was taught by lecture-based learning(LBL),and the CBL teaching group was taught by CBL.At the end of the internship,the scores of the students in clinical operation examination and theoretical knowledge examination were counted.The questionnaires were used to investigate the learning effect of the students.The data of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the understanding and memory of knowledge,the ability of consulting and evaluating literature and the scores of theoretical knowledge examination(P>0.05).The scores of the CBL teaching group in clinical operation examination were better than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The CBL teaching group did better than the traditional teaching group in students'learning interest,communication and organization ability,clinical analytical ability and classroom atmosphere(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of CBL in internship teaching in hematology department is better than that of LBL.CBL can improve students’learning interest,communication ability,clinical analytical skills,operational skills and the activity of classroom atmosphere.
