摘 要:教学主体性的变革是教育变革发展的源头,课堂的翻转已经铺天盖地的在中小学课堂上发生了。成人学习较之儿童学习有着更强烈的被动性,如何调动成人学习的积极性成了教师培训领域关注的重要命题。解决教师培训的主体性问题,就是解决成人学习的困境,就可能持续助力教师的终身学习和专业成长。本文以培训文化入手,尝试探索教师学习行为方式转变背后的文化功用,并以吉林省中小学幼儿教师培训中心的实践探索为基点,找到教师培训提质增效的新理路。The reform of teaching subjectivity is the source of the development of education reform, and the flipping of classroom has taken place in primary and secondary schools. Adult learning is more passive than children’s learning. How to arouse the enthusiasm of adult learning has become an important topic in the field of teacher training. To solve the problem of the subjectivity of teacher training is to solve the dilemma of adult learning, which may continue to help teachers’ lifelong learning and professional growth. Starting with the training culture, this paper attempts to explore the cultural function behind the change of teachers’ learning behavior, and based on the practical exploration of Jilin primary and secondary school preschool teacher training center, to find a new way to improve the quality and efficiency of teacher training.
