摘　　要：课程考核模式对于课程教学质量和效果影响巨大。该文将多元分次综合测评考核模式应用于食品化学课程考核改革,并结合该校食品化学课程学时及教学模式进行探索与实践,取得较好的效果,这种创新考核方式对于提高食品化学课程的教学质量具有重要的意义和实践价值。The evaluation model of a course has a great impact on its teaching quality and effect.In this paper,a multi-stage multivariate comprehensive assessment evaluation model is applied to the assessment reform of the food chemistry course,and exploration and practice of our university’s food chemistry’s class hours and teaching model are carried out,achieving good results.This innovative evaluation method has great significance and practical value to improving the teaching quality of the food chemistry course.
