摘　　要：为实现工程教育中长期发展目标,我国构建了世界上规模最大的高等教育体系,并于2013年6月加入《华盛顿协议》,成为国际工程联盟成员。文章主要研究大学生实践创新能力培养的管理制度体系、人才培养体系、师资建设体系、保障措施体系四项主体内容,提倡以实践应用为导向,加强学生实践能力、创新意识的培养,引导地方本科高校向大学转型。In order to achieve the long-term development goal of engineering education,China has built the largest higher education system in the world.In June 2013,it joined the Washington Agreement and became a member of the International Engineering Alliance.This article mainly studies the four main contents of the management system,personnel training system,teacher construction system and guarantee system for college students'practical and innovative ability training.Pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability and innovation consciousness,and promote the transformation of local universities into applied universities.
