金代女真人文学生态生成的教育机理及其当代启示

摘　　要：金代女真人从没有文字到文学成就辉煌,教育起到了决定性的作用。女真人的教育经过初期的“借才异代”到中前期“尊孔崇儒”的文教制度确立与实施,再到中后期形成完善的教育制度三个阶段,为女真人的文学形态生成起到巨大的推动作用。然而,金代女真人的教育并不仅仅是“女真汉化”的结果,金代统治者对于自身民族传统文化教育也非常重视。两种教育融合之下生成的独特文学生态是女真人取得辉煌文学成就的直接原因。通过对女真人文学生态生成机理的历史梳理,对于多元文化背景下的当代社会的中华民族文学生态的构建主要有两方面的启示:一是必须要以社会主义核心价值观为指导,二是必须要立足中华优秀传统文化。Within 120 years history of Jin Dynasty,Nvzhen ethnic group created their own language and make significant literature achievement due its promoting education as one major reason.Education of the Nvzhen people experienced three stages,gradually matured and attained unique literature ecology.Despite it based on Han ethnic culture,education of Nvzhen people is not merely copying Han style,but rather integrating its own traditional ethnic culture.Combination of the two cultures resulted in forming up of unique literature ecology of Nvzhen people.Two lessons are learned from reviewing Nvzhen literature ecology mechanism on multicultural modern social literature ecology formation:one is to follow guidance of core values of Chinese socialism,the other is to orient basing on Chinese traditional culture.
