摘  要:针对“寒门再难出贵子”的社会现象,研究者选取了低家庭社会经济地位学生5087名,了解其学习动力情况,并从家庭投入、学校教育因素分析其对低家庭社会经济地位学生学习动力的影响。研究发现,低家庭社会经济地位学生的学习愉悦感较低、学习求知欲不足,八年级学生表现尤为突出;学生总体课业负担感受偏重,校内课业负担感受重于校外;家庭教育尤其在计算机和综合素质培养方面资源投入不足。针对这些情况,教育管理部门应该通过教育补偿政策,为低家庭社会经济地位学生提供物质保障;通过家校合力,改善家长对学生的精神支持及其家庭生活满意度;为学生提供综合指导,激发其学习动力;丰富低家庭社会经济地位学生可利用的资源,建立家庭外的个体支持系统。In view of the social phenomenon that“it’s too difficult for students frompoor and humble families to become outstanding”,in order to explore the learning motivation of students’socioeconomic status from poor and humble families,the researcher selected 5087 students in Beijing to understand their learning motivation,and analyzed the impact on their learning motivation from family investment and school education factors.It is found that these students have lower sense of learning pleasure and lack of desire for knowledge,especially the eighth grade students;the student’s overall schoolwork burden feeling is heavy,which is heavier in school than outside school;the family education is insufficient,especially in the computer and comprehensive quality training resources.In view of these situations,education management departments should provide material security for these students through education compensation policies,improve parents’spiritual support for them and their family life satisfaction through home school cooperation,provide comprehensive guidance for students to stimulate their learning motivation,enrich resources available to these students,and build up family individual support system outside the family.
