摘  要:教师专业行动能力指"教师基于专业知识与素养做出教育教学判断与决定的能力",是教师在进行具体内容教学中需要的关键要素.中国与澳大利亚最新义务教育国家数学课程标准在"统计与概率"领域都要求淡化概率的计算,发展学生的统计思想与统计素养.运用问卷,采用实证研究的方法,从数学知识、对数学课程标准理念的解读、对学生数学学习的理解以及教学设计4个维度,从质性与量化两个方面,分析比较了中澳两国82位六、七年级数学教师在统计内容上的专业行动能力.结果表明,澳大利亚数学教师在4个维度上的表现都比中国教师稍好.其中,教学设计是教师专业行动能力的关键维度与核心要素.最后指出数学教师的专业行动能力是统计课程有效实施的必要保证."Teacher Capacity" was referred to "professionally informed judgement and disposition to act". In content strand "Statistics and Probability" in the new national mathematics curricula in both China and Australia, intentions of weakening calculation on theoretical probability and developing students’ statistical thinking and literacy are emphasized. We argue that statistics teaching literacy is a key element for teachers to understand these intentions and implement in practical teaching. This study involving 82 Year 6 and Year 7 Chinese and Australian mathematics teachers used a questionnaire to examine how teachers understand and give effect teaching. Teachers’ responses were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in terms of four criteria: knowledge of mathematics, interpretation of the intentions of the official mathematics curriculum, understanding of students’ learning, and design of teaching. It was shown in the findings that Australian teachers performed slightly better on all four criteria than Chinese teachers. Among the four criteria, design of teaching appears to be the critical dimension of statistics educational literacy. It was found that statistics teaching literacy should be considered as a critical element in the effective implementation of curriculum reform in statistics.
