摘  要:督导评价是高校加强教学管理、提升教育质量的重要途径。医学教育有独特的教学规律和质控要求,当前也面临着从教学理念到课程体系、教学方法、教学技术的巨大变革,其督导评价体系需与时俱进才能更好发挥作用。本文就如何顺应医学教育的特点和新医科背景下医学人才培养要求,改进督导评价方法与手段,加强反馈,建立督导评教与基层教学组织和教师发展的良性互动提出建议,认为医学院应建立和完善适合自身的二级督导体系,形成有医学特色的督导制度。Teaching Evaluation by supervisors is a significant way for universities to reinforce their management of teaching activities and improve teaching qualities.Medical education has its unique characteristics and special requirements for teaching.As the medical education is under tremendous changes in pedagogical theories,curriculum design,teaching methods and teaching technologies,etc.,the existing supervisors’evaluation system must also be reformed to function properly.To address the problems arising from the current situation,this article proposes solutions on how to improve the evaluation measures,reinforce feedback,establish virtuous interactions between the evaluation,the primary teaching units and faculty development to better cater for the unique medical education and the requirements of the new medical era.The article also suggests that institutions of medical education shall establish and improve the university-school two-tier supervisors evaluation system in line with their specific needs and form a supervisors’evaluation system with medical characteristics.
