摘 要:[目的]探讨教师标准化病人(TSP)联合高仿真设备在外科护理情景模拟教学中的应用效果。[方法]选取2017级护理2个实验班学生66人,每班33人。随机设1个班级为对照组,另1个班级为观察组,对照组按常规教学,“病人”由后台设备控制老师兼任,观察组“病人”由经过专业培训的TSP担任。4次外科护理高仿真情景模拟教学项目结束后比较两组护生期末考试成绩,采用调查问卷比较两组护生对情景模拟教学的满意度。[结果]观察组护生期末考试成绩优于对照组,观察组护生对情景模拟教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]TSP联合高仿真设备开展外科护理情景模拟教学可实现优势互补,能营造更接近临床的真实情景,可激发护生学习兴趣,有助于提高护生的人文关怀意识和沟通能力,培养护生早期的临床观察、思维与决策能力,从而提高教学满意度。Objective:To probe into the application effect of teacher standardized patient(TSP)combined with high simulation equipment in surgical nursing scenario simulation teaching.Methods:A total of 66 students in 2 nursing experiment classes in 2017 were taken as the research objects,33 students in each class.Students in one class were taken as control group,and students in another class were taken as observation group.The students in control group were taught as usual.The"patient"was held concurrently by the background equipment control teacher,and the observation group"patient"was held by a specially trained TSP."the patient"in observation group was acted by TSP.After the completion of 4 high simulation teaching programs in surgical nursing,the final examination scores of the two classes students were compared and the satisfaction degree of both classes was compared by questionnaire.Results:The final exam scores of nursing students in observation group were higher than those in control group.The satisfaction of nurses with the scenario teaching was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of TSP and high simulation equipment could complement each other,create a more realistic clinical environment,inspire students′studying interests,enhance students′communication skills and the awareness of humanistic care,cultivate students′early clinical observation,thinking and decision-making abilities,and then enhance the teaching satisfaction.
