铁观音茶香提取物的制备、分析及其在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：采用减压水蒸气蒸馏萃取法、石油醚提取法、亚临界提取法制备了铁观音茶香提取物,并进行了GC-MS分析,计算了各成分的含量,利用感官评吸研究了不同提取物的最佳卷烟施加用量及作用效果。3种提取方法中,减压水蒸气蒸馏萃取法对苯乙醇、吲哚的提取效果最好,提取物中的醇类、醛酮类成分最多,香气最为接近茶水的头香;石油醚提取法提取α-法呢烯和咖啡因的效果最好,提取物中长链脂肪酸酯类成分较多;亚临界提取法对新植二烯、植物醇和长链脂肪酸的提取率较高,对反式橙花叔醇的提取率略高于石油醚提取法。卷烟评吸表明,3种提取物均可以改善卷烟的整体品质:提取物1在提高卷烟的香气质、增加香气量方面效果更为明显;提取物2在减少卷烟杂气、增加烟气细腻感方面较为突出;提取物3的作用则较为均衡。Aroma extracts of Tie Guanyin tea were prepared by vacuum distillation extraction, petroleum ether extraction and subcritical extraction. Each extract was analyzed by GC-MS and the content of the components in them were calculated. The optimum applied amount and effect in cigarettes for different extracts were studied by sensory evaluation. Among the three extraction methods, vacuum distillation extraction was the best way to extract phenylethyl alcohol and indole. The alcohols, aldehydes and ketones were more abundant in extract 1, and its aroma was the closest to that of tea. The amount of α-farnesene, caffeine and the long chain fatty acid ester were higher in petroleum ether extract(extract 2). The extraction rates of neophytadiene, phytol and long chain fatty acids were higher with subcritical extraction method(extract 3), and the extraction rate of trans-nerolidol was slightly higher than that of petroleum ether extraction. Cigarette sensory evaluation indicated that all three extracts could improve smoking quality of cigarettes. Extract 1 was more effective in improving the aroma quality of cigarettes and increasing the volume of aroma. Extract 2 was more prominent in reducing the cigarette offensive taste and making the smoke smooth. The effect of the extract 3 was more balanced.
