摘  要:为解决食品干燥设备温湿度控制不均匀、精度不高、干燥效率低等问题,基于PLC设计了一种食品干燥设备自动控制系统。结合模糊控制、神经网络控制和常用PID控制,提出了一种温湿度控制算法。其中模糊神经网络控制器能够在线调节PID控制参数,可在很大幅度上提高系统控制性能。以PLC、触摸屏、PC机为控制核心,设计了食品干燥设备控制系统,阐述了系统的设计原理。最后,进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:所述控制方法控制效果最优,温度最大波动幅度只有4.6℃。In order to solve the problems of uneven temperature and humidity control, low precision and low drying efficiency of food drying equipment, an automatic control system of food drying equipment was designed based on PLC. Combined with fuzzy control, neural network control and PID control, a temperature and humidity control algorithm was proposed. Among them, the fuzzy neural network controller could adjust PID control parameters online, which could greatly improve the control performance of the system. Taking PLC, touch screen and PC as the control core, the control system of food drying equipment was designed as well as the design principle of the system was described. Finally, the experiment was carried out. The experimental results showed that the control method presented in this paper had the best control effect and the maximum temperature fluctuation range was only 4.6 ℃.
