摘　　要：在临床带教过程中,消毒供应中心针对环境特殊、专业性强、无菌要求高、业务范围广的特点,制定详尽的教学计划,选择各方面素质较高的带教老师,联合应用传统教学、多媒体教学、案例教学等多种教学方法,循序渐进、由浅入深,努力培养出优秀的实习护生。In the process of clinical teaching,the disinfection supply center draw up the detailed teaching plan,according to the special environment,strong professionalism,aseptic requirements,wide range of business,and choose high quality teachers,combined application of traditional teaching,multimedia teaching,case teaching and various teaching methods,to cultivate excellent practice nursing students,progressively.
