摘  要:广东轻工职业技术学院依托并充分发挥教师发展中心在教师培养中的核心载体作用,以马克思主义发展观统领教师发展理念,聚焦双师素质,围绕教师发展的"三个层面二种关系",实施"一中心""三工程""六计划",设计了立体多维的教师发展平台。通过落实"一周一活动",开展多元化的培训,创建大师工作室,以赛促训,推进教师个人业务档案建设,精准提供个性化的发展服务等措施,有力推动了教师能力提升和双师素质的加强。Guangdong Industry Polytechnic gives full play to the core carrier function of teacher development center in the teacher training, guides teacher development concept with Marxist concept of development, focuses on double teacher quality, implements "one center" "three projects" "six plans" surrounding the teacher development from three aspects of "two relationships", and designs three-dimensional and multidimensional teacher development platform. Through the implementation of "one week one activity", diversified training, the establishment of master workroom, and training promoted by competition, the construction of teachers’ personal business files, accurate provision of personalized development services and other measures, it has effectively promoted the improvement of teachers’ ability and double quality.
