摘 要:人的道德水平的变化与不同年龄段的人所拥有的理智水平具有对应性。因此,提升个体道德水平的策略和措施必须针对不同年龄段的孩子进行不同的道德思维训练。注重中学与大学德育工作的衔接乃是提升学生道德水平的工作重点。惟有如此,才能使中学与大学德育工作各具针对性,使中学阶段的德育为大学阶段的德育奠定基础,使大学阶段的德育能在中学德育的基础之上顺利提升,从而实现学生道德水平的逐步提升。A person’s change in moral corresponds to the rational levels of his different ages.Accordingly,to promote an individual’s moral level,we have to make different training for the children with different ages.It is the emphasis of increasing students’ moral level for us to pay special attention to the link between moral works in middle schools and universities.Only in this way can we make such work pertinent,make the moral education in middle schools lay foundation for its counterpart in universities,and promote the moral education in universities on the basis of the one in middle schools.And eventually,we can achieve the gradual promotion of students’ moral level.
